Right to access data

Right to rectification
The data subject may request the rectification of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.

The data subject has the right to forbid the use of personal data for direct marketing.
Right to deletion
The data subject has the right to request the deletion of data if personal data processing is not necessary. We will handle the request for deletion and proceed to either delete the data or state a justified reason for not being able to delete the data.
It should be noted that the controller may have legal or other rights to not delete the requested data. The controller is obligated to preserve accounting materials for the duration (10 years) set out in the Accounting Act (Chapter 2, Section 10). For this reason, materials related to accounting cannot be deleted before that term has expired.

The data is not disclosed for marketing purposes (or any other purposes) outside aMazed Games Ltd. We have made sure that all our service provided are complying with data protection legislation. We are regularly using the following service providers, Bookeo, Stripe Inc and Paypal.
Duration of processing
We will not retain your information for longer than is necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Statement and to comply with any other mandatory legislation, such as accounting legislation. The retention period of your data is also affected by the context and purpose for which your data was collected
Personal data processors
Personal data is processed generally by employees of aMazed Games Ltd.
The register controller and its employees process personal data. We may also outsource the processing of personal data partly to a third party, in which case we will guarantee with contractual arrangements that personal data is processed in compliance with valid data protection legislation and also otherwise appropriately.
Transferring data outside the EU
Personal data is not transferred outside the EU or the EEA.
Automatic decision-making and profiling
We are not using the data for automatic decision-making or profiling.
Booking service
Through our booking service (Bookeo) you can book and pay for events and games. We process your information to fulfill the agreement and manage the customer relationship. In order to implement the service, we collect information such as your name and contact information, which enables the delivery of the order. When you place an order with the booking service, you usually also provide your information to the payment service provider (Stripe/Paypal). We encourage you to review the privacy policies of such third parties. If you would like to view your information stored with your payment service provider, please contact the person concerned. Card payments are handled by an external intermediary, Stripe Inc and Paypal, payment information is handled through this external payment intermediary company.
