All our games are played in small groups. We offer hand sanitizer and there is also a possibility to wash your hands before and after the game.

+ How can I modify my booking?

You can change your booking 24h before the game from the link in your confirmation email or being in touch with us!

+ How can I cancel my booking?

You can cancel your booking from the link in your confirmation email or being in touch with us!

The cancellation of one game needs to be done at least 24 hours before the game. Cancellation of 2-4 rooms needs to be done 7 days before the game. Cancellation of 5 or more rooms needs to be done 14 days before the game. For late cancellations we charge a fee of 90€/ room without an actor and 165€/for room with actor.

+ Can I come to play during the same day even if I don't have a booking?

+ We are a big group can we all fit?

One rooms capasity is 6 people. If your group is bigger than that you need to divide into smaller groups. In Kamppi we have six rooms in total so there we can fit 36 people at one time. You can also book rooms sequentially! For bigger groups we can offer a discount, be in touch!

+ Can all your games be played at the same time?

Yes! All 6 games can be played at the same time! So if you have a bigger group that wants to play you can book them all.

+ Our team doesn't understand finnish. Can we play in english?

Yes you can! All our games can be played in eglish. You don't need to inform us in advance if you want to play in english.

+ Im in a wheelchair, can I still play?

Unfortunately none of our rooms is completely accessible but it is possible to play Alchemia with a wheelchair with assistance. Be in touch with us for more info!

+ What if our team size changes?

If your team size changes (max. 6 players) you don't have to inform us in advance.

+ Can I play alone?

Unfortunately the games can not be played alone.

+ Can I play multiple games sequentially even if I only have one reservation?

It depends totally on the other bookings for that day. If there is availability, it might be possible to play multiple rooms sequentially! Ask more from your game master or call us.

+ Do you have a WC?

In Kamppi we have toilets and also a WC accessible with a wheelchair!

+ Can I take my phone in to the room?

You are allowed to take your phone with you but taking pictures or videos inside the rooms is not allowed!

+ Where can I leave my belongings during the game?

We have cabinets with lock where you can leave your belogings. You can also take your belongigns with you to the room!

+ Does the rooms require strenght or flexibility?

In some rooms there are little more special passageways but to go through those you don't need any special flexibility. Strenght or force you do not need to use in any rooms!

+ Do I need to take something with me in the room?

Take your glasses, if you need them! Any other help tools you do not need!

+ What should I wear?

You don't need to wear anything special. Your normal clother where you feel good and confortable is enough!

+ Do we need to take our shoes off?

You don't need to take your shoes off but if you would like to you can! But note that most of our players play with their shoes on so your socks might get little dirty.

+ How hard the rooms are?

We have rooms with different difficulty levels but of course it all depends on the playing team.

+ What room is the best for us?

For us it's hard to say what room would be the best just for you and your team. We recommend to choose the room by the theme that you are most interested in! All our games are suitable for beginners and enthusiasts! You can always ask for hints and help in the room.

+ What if I want to quit the game early?

It is possible to quit the game at any point! In all our rooms there is also a panic button that will open the door immediately when pushed.

+ Who can play?

Everyone can play escape games! Young people under 15 years can play with an adult and those over 15 year old can play games by themselves without adult supervision.

+ Can I play and drink alcohol?

Alcoholic beverages or other intoxicants are not allowed on our premises. The game master has the right to deny an intoxicated customer access to the game room. Please do not arrive drunk either, our games are already challenging!

+ Where I can park my car?

We unfortunately do not have our own parking. We are located in the heart of Helsinki so there is street parking or parking garages close. In Hietalahti market there are usually lots of parking spots. You can walk to our location from there in 2-3 minutes.

+ How can I use my gift card?

If you have our own gift card or promo code, you can enter the code when booking. If you have Elämyslahjat gift card or a gift card purchased from our location (6-digit code), you can bring it with you and give it to the game master! Unfortunately, the code for these cards cannot be entered into our system!

+ I have a gift card but there is more players than the card has value. What should I do?

You can use your gift card normally and just pay the difference when you come to play!

+ Can I buy a gift card at yout locations?

Yes you can, we sell gift cards in our location. Just ask more from your game master!

+ How can I pay?

You can pay the game with cash, debit- and credit cards (no Amex or Diners), MobilePay, Smartum coupons and mobile payment, Edenred coupons and mobile payment, E-passi and Tyky+!

+ Can we pay seperately?

It is possible to pay seperately. We do wish you would pay all at once so it's easier and faster for you!

+ Is it possible to have an invoice?

Yes it is! Our invoice fee is 10€.
